California Reentry Program (Bonafide) provides holistic support to individuals reentering society after 15+ years in prison, guiding them through release, parole compliance, life skills, mentors, and community building. Services offered: Welcome Home (meeting people at the gate with necessities and support), Critical Adventures (teaching life skills and building community), Peer Support (group events, computer skills, celebrations), Pre-Integration Support (transitioning from incarceration to community), Project Candlestick (one-on-one life coaching)
