Soil Born Farms is an urban agriculture and education project that empowers youth and adults to discover and participate in a local food system that encourages healthy living, nurtures the environment and grows a sustainable community. Services offered: Weekly Online Marketplace, Drive-thru Farmstand Pickup, Saturday at the Farm Open Air Organic Produce Stand, Milly’s Mercantile, Phoebe’s Tea & Snack Bar, Summer Day Camp, Harvest Sacramento, Grow Your Groceries, Eat Your Veggies, Growing Together Teacher training program, Eat the Rainbow, Roots & Wings youth education program Hours: Monday: Closed, Tuesday through Friday: Open for pre-registered activities and appointments only, Saturday: Open to the Public 8am to 1pm, Sunday: Closed
